Apple unveiled its new product at San Francisco yesterday March 7. It's the new iPad, yes, 'New iPad', no number like iPad 3 or iPad HD. Rumors about the new tablet being called iPad 3 or iPad HD has gone wrong, Apple CEO Tim Cook called it simply as iPad, just like the first generation slate. Maybe Apple forget to give it a name.
Is it cool to call it New iPad? that seems ridiculous. Does it mean we can call iPad 2 as Old iPad and Very Old iPad for the first iPad? Many people feels unhappy with the name of the new iPad, we hope Apple fan boys don't feel it.
This is the second time that Tim Cook has unveiled Apple's new product, the recent one is the iPhone 4S. Apple has introduced the New iPad with some promising aspects, great offers way more than the previous iPad 2. The New iPad is powered by an A5X processor with a stunning quad-core graphics and Retina display similar to that of the iPhone 4S.
The resolution has been bumped up to 2048 x 1536 pixels, making the first Apple tablet that can use HD for movies and applications. It gets more powerful with 10 hours of battery life in 3G and 9 hours for 4G.
